We do not issue refunds, only exchanges or store credit.

We only accept exchanges for store credit (the value of the item)

Exchange or Store credit requests must be made within 10 days of the delivery date.

After 10 days from the delivery date, you will not be eligible for a exchange or store credit.
Exchange or Store Credit:

Exchange or Store Credit are available only for products that are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

You can purchase a shipping label from us. Please choose the fee accordingly as we need to include the correct weight.

You can also choose to purchase the label on your own, keep in mind we wont be able to automatically track shipment so you are responsible to provide us with tracking number and insurance incase package is lost. Once ready, visit your mail carrier service of preference and ship it to the address provided below:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging with all tags & accessories intact.

Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.

Proof of purchase is required for all refunds.
